I founded Upnext Leadership Coaching to help forward thinking managers, executives and teams, high potential employees and budding entrepreneurs who have exciting, important, or daunting goals achieve them and soar in an environment that supports, develops and leads to purposeful and positive performance. I have been fortunate to have multiple professional mentors and champions throughout my career and have specifically designed Upnext to offer the same to you.

My background as a Fortune 50 finance executive, business founder, an elected community leader, and President of several non-profit boards developed my competencies as a successful growth accelerator, business strategist, team champion, connector and partnership builder. I draw from my wealth of experience to guide my clients, creating individualized roadmaps to methodically help each reach their individual goals.

I am a Mom of 4 Gen Z sons and love watching them tackle life’s challenges and capitalize on its opportunities. Friends and family describe me as highly positive, hopeful and energetic. My competitive spirit has allowed me to complete 3 marathons, numerous half marathons and inspires me to continue playing tennis as if I was still playing for my Division 1 team. And while success is important to me, I am most inspired when I see others soar – especially you and your team.
