Leadership—especially at senior levels—is rarely a solo endeavor. The leaders I work with value a coach who can think with them, challenge their assumptions, and help translate intention into action when the stakes are high.
I founded Upnext Leadership Coaching because I believe coaching is one of the most powerful tools for leadership growth when it is grounded in experience, judgment, and trust. Today, I work as an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor, partnering with CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams—particularly within privately held and founder-led organizations—who are navigating growth, transition, and complexity.
My coaching approach is practical, direct, and deeply human. Leaders define what success looks like; my role as a coach is to help them move toward it with clarity and discipline. Through deep listening, intelligent questioning, candid feedback, and accountability, I help leaders slow down, see clearly, and make deliberate choices—especially when decisions carry real consequence for people, culture, and performance.
With over 25 years of experience across corporate, entrepreneurial, and community leadership, I bring both strategic and operational perspective to my coaching work. My background includes senior finance leadership roles at a Fortune 50 company, founding and scaling a business, serving as an elected community leader, and presiding over multiple nonprofit boards—experiences that shape how I coach today, with a strong understanding of execution, governance, and the human realities leaders face.
I support leaders through long-term one-on-one and small group coaching engagements, as well as executive team coaching and customized leadership programs. Assessments and feedback tools may be part of the process, but the heart of the work is the coaching relationship itself—built on trust, honesty, and sustained commitment to growth.
At the core of my work is a belief that leadership capacity is built intentionally. When leaders and teams are aligned, trusted, and connected, organizations perform better, adapt more effectively, and sustain success over time.
Outside of my work, I am the proud mother of four Gen Z sons and remain endlessly curious about how people grow through challenge. While achievement matters to me, I am most inspired when I see leaders step into their role with confidence, clarity, and purpose—and when coaching helps make that possible for them and their teams.
I work with motivated, forward-thinking leaders who carry significant responsibility and want to strengthen how they lead as their organizations grow and evolve. My corporate clients value the perspective of an experienced external coach—someone who can challenge assumptions, provide objective insight, and help leaders translate intention into disciplined action that supports sustained organizational performance.
